The user experience is taken to deal mainly with a specified area in the market. The user experience is known to be applied in the technical field. The customer experience, on the other hand, is related to the service industry most of the times. The customer experience needs to be associated with this field so that they may come up with ideas which they can implement for the greater good of the firm.
